Flashing |
It is advisable to replace all roof flashing at the time a new roof is installed. The cost of installations at that time is minimal, compared to possible problems old flashing may cause if they remained. Counter flashing may be installed at any time over existing step or chimney flashing and can be colour coordinated to a homes exterior. |

My panel is 50 amps and I barely even use a tenth of that.
And my consumption is slowly dropping.

Think about it… If you are interested in having an awesome house. Hottub – 30-40 amps, dryer – 20-30 amps, stove and cooktop 30-40 amps. Maybe they have a basement apt? not to mention electric heated floor systems, water heaters etc. its very easy to fill up a 100amp panel. Sure if you just have an induction cooktop and a few LED bulbs you can live off little to no electricity. Dont forget your bag of seeds!

I appreciate a summary page like this of costs, but I have to say, many of these items are quite a bit off from market. For example, if the gutters and soffits are supposed to include material and labor, I’ve received nearly 10 quotes ranging from $18 per sq ft up to well over $65 per sq ft, but definitely nothing close to $7-8 per sq ft as shown above.
