What We Don’t Love

While there are shopping options in the neighbourhood (mainly along Eglinton Street W and Forest Hill Village), there is not a huge variety of stores.

The Real Estate Scoop

Forest Hill South is a quiet and affluent neighbourhood in midtown. The area is mainly filled with large detached houses on big lots and offers beautiful scenery, thanks to gently sloping hills, tree-filled streetscapes, and numerous greenspaces. When Forest Hill homes were built in the 1920s and 1930s, it was mandatory that each was planned by an architect and that a tree was planted.
