Change continues to come to the area, and the vacant lot across the street is in the middle of intensive development for a mixed-use planned mini-community that looks to seriously contribute to the ‘hood’s change, for the positive.
What We Don’t: Layouts can be quirky (but big for the price), and dated if owners have been there for a while. The train tracks are right next door to Wallace Station Lofts, and you’ll have to walk over the footbridge to get to Dundas – cold in the winter!
