What We : I freaking love Boiler Factory Lofts…despite all the quirks. Part of the reason is it almost feels like a secret, as beautiful as it is from the outside… part is the incredible things owners have done with the insides, and part is the super raw mixed with the super modern. It’s just real lofty coolness. Are YOU cool enough to live here?
What We Don’t: Well, it’s across from Moss Park. And the parking, if you have it, is outside and public. And the rooftop terraces are individual, but not connected to the units themselves, so you might have a bit of a hike to bring your steaks up.
