Prior to moving to Canada in 2016, I was all things finance after my MBA & CFA. Since I moved to Canada I wanted to try different things so I moved logistics before I found my love for real estate.

What I Love About Being a REALTOR

Real estate is like a long race race track that needs patience, technical skills, strategy and execution. I love planning and love it when it all comes together to help clients meet their long term goal and have a better life.

Why I Love Helping Buyers

I love looking at houses and evaluate what there is, what isn’t, what could be, and what shouldn’t be there. I love fixing up my properties and I get a lot of inspirations from looking at other houses and when I am done drawing an inspiration from the house, I am downright judging it.

2 extreme markets within a year: Helped a client purchase their dream home which had 22 offers. Helped another client with their dream home, with negotiations lasting for days (but for a sweet price in the end).

Why I Love Helping Sellers

Selling is a stressful experience and we have the systems, know-how, expertise and the best team (incl. our staging, marketing, admin, concierge and our owners who live by doing the right thing) that it all becomes super seamless for the clients to help them achieve their goals. And once it’s all said and done, this team makes me look like a hero all the time.

My Life Outside of Real Estate

I have recently bought a fixer upper home. So my wife and I spend most of our time fixing it and keeping an eye on our corgi so he doesn’t drink paint or swallow screws or lick dust or….. This list is endless. We are obsessed with houses and our corgi!
