My Life Before Real Estate
I grew up in the Family Bakery business In Montreal. Moved to Toronto 17 and went to George Brown to study prosthetics/orthotics fabrication. After working in the field for 6 years. I somehow fell into the world of Telecom for a decade. I met my wife started a family while working in Telecom, but after purchasing my first property, I realized my true passion was to help others purchase property–the same way my REALTOR helped me.
What I Love About Being a REALTOR
I love working with clients looking to invest: especially commercial storefronts with apartments above, residential duplexes, triplexes, and multi-unit properties. I am a big advocate of income properties–I love to see clients earn off their investment in real estate…or live mortgage free as landlords!
Why I Love Helping Buyers
I love helping buyers who are breaking into the market for the first time, as well as seasoned buyers who are adding income properties to their portfolio and investing for the future. I help every client as if I am purchasing for myself or my family. I love chasing a new deal and helping clients to find what they’re looking for.
Favourite Buyer Story
This year I helped a buyer purchase a property for less than what the original seller purchased the house for in 2017. Sometimes it just pays to put something in writing on an offer night when no others are at the table.
Why I Love Helping Sellers
It’s never easy to sell a property when you’re the seller yourself. I love helping sellers through the the entire process: figuring out market value, getting the property ready for market, right up to negotiation…so they can smile at the end and tell their friends about the experience they had with my help.
Favourite Seller Story
This year I helped 3 siblings sell their family home their parents left to them. I managed a clean up and renovation that left them in tears when it was done, thinking how much their mom would have loved to see the house before it hit the market. Despite going to market at a very difficult time, we still managed to get multiple offers and sell for a fantastic price–one that helped the siblings move on with their lives.
My Life Outside of Real Estate
When i’m not working, I’m spending time with my wife and kids! You will find me on the sidelines or in the stands at one of my son’s football practices or games. It’s a family affair, with his sister, mom, and I always cheering him on …it’s one of my favourite things to do.

Favourite Neighbourhoods
My family calls St. Clair West home, and we can’t see ourselves living anywhere else. But If I had to move, I LOVE Port Credit. I love seeing the water!
